Brunner & Sanina Architects, led by the experienced duo of Olga Sanina and François Brunner, offer over more than 20 years of combined expertise in architecture and interior design. Since 2017, their office has been situated in the picturesque Languedoc Region in the south of France. Together with their accomplished team of engineers and architects, they specialize in orchestrating New Build Construction, Renovation, and Heritage Transformation Projects, both in France and abroad, with a keen eye for unrealized potential. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, they facilitate seamless communication with clients from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, they provide a valuable consultancy service tailored to expatriates, delivering support in the search for real estate and negotiation, coupled with in-depth feasibility studies to transform expatriates' property aspirations into reality.

OUR OFFICE

Brunner & Sanina is an architecture atelier founded by Olga Sanina and François Brunner. Our atelier is equipped to handle a wide range of architecture projects, spanning diverse scales and programs. We approach each project in close collaboration with our clients and an experienced team of engineers, overseeing every aspect of the project from the initial sketch to the final construction phase on-site. Our commitment is to accompany each stage of the process, ensuring that the project's vision is realized with precision and excellence.

 

François Brunner 

(1989, Toulouse, France) 

François Brunner graduated from the National School of Architecture of Toulouse (FR) and from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (PT). Between 2012 and 2015, he worked for the Aires Mateus agency in Lisbon and supported numerous new construction, renovation, small and very large scale extension projects in Portugal and France in particular. In 2017, after meeting Olga Sanina, they decided to settle in the south of France to create Brunner & Sanina Architects. François Brunner works as a state-certified architect authorized to manage works in his own name. Registered on the roll of the order of architects of the Occitanie region (OA.084720). Currently Teaching at the National School of Architecture in Toulouse (FR).

Olga Sanina 

(1981, Lisbon, Portugal )

Olga Sanina is an architect and interior designer. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon. Between 2006 and 2016, she worked for the Aires Mateus agency in Lisbon as a project manager and supported numerous new construction, renovation, small and very large scale extension projects in Portugal, France, Switzerland and Hungary. In 2017, after meeting François Brunner, they decided to settle in the south of France to create Brunner & Sanina Architects. Olga Sanina works as a state-certified architect authorized to manage works in her own name and as an interior designer. Registered on the roll of the order of architects of the Occitanie region (OA.087550). Winner of numerous international competitions and prizes.
